ROBERT CROSS
Lead Technical Instructor
Robert is a veteran of the United States Air Force and a Master Technician who is ASE certified. He has served as a Field Service Engineer and Brand Quality Manager for General Motors, bringing deep technical expertise and real-world experience to every lesson he teaches.

JENNIFER BURTON
Safety Operations Manager
Jennifer is a former stay-at-home mom who homeschooled her children before entering the automotive industry in 2019. She quickly advanced from service advisor to manager and then director in the dealership world. As the mother of a mechanic, she’s passionate about helping women and young adults understand their vehicles, ask the right questions, and feel confident when working with automotive professionals.
BRIAN SAPYAK
Practical Skills Specialist
Brian began his career as a lube tech and advanced through the shop to become a service advisor, service director, and insurance inspector. He now leverages this extensive professional background to provide new drivers with the practical, real-world knowledge they need to master vehicle ownership and maintenance. His journey from the garage floor to executive leadership ensures students receive expert guidance rooted in actual industry experience.
